SHIPPING POLICY
● At Lazy Suzan Home, we understand the importance of fast, efficient service and strive to deliver your orders promptly. Our extensive network ensures secure delivery, typically taking 10–14 working days.
● We offer shipping across India to a wide range of locations. Before placing an order, please enter your pin code in the section below the product to check delivery availability for your location.
● Free Shipping is available on all orders above ₹2999 across India. For orders below ₹2999, shipping charges will apply:
A) Prepaid orders: ₹150
● To place an order, a minimum of 1 product is required. A maximum of 10 units of a single product can be ordered in one purchase.
● All product prices are inclusive of taxes, which are applied as per government regulations and may change with updates in tax laws.
● If your order does not arrive within the expected time, please contact us at nitya@lazysuzanhome.com with your registered email and order number.

3. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
● You can update the shipping address within 12 hours of placing your order. After packing and shipping, no modifications can be made.
4. Who bears the shipping charges for returns?

CANCELLATION POLICY
●    To cancel your order, please email us your reason for cancellation along with your order number at nitya@lazysuzanhome.com.
●    Multiple order cancellations by the same customer may result in the account being blacklisted.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Lazy Suzan Home, we offer returns once a product is sold. 
● Send us an email at nitya@lazysuzanhome.com within 7 working days of delivery.
● The customer is responsible for return shipping, as we do not provide a reverse pickup facility.
● The returned product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all labels and tags intact.

DAMAGED PRODUCT POLICY
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 24 hours at nitya@lazysuzanhome.com with details and photos of the damage.
● Once approved, you will either receive a pick-up request or be advised to send the product back to us.
● Shipping charges for returning a damaged product will be reimbursed after inspection and approval.
