Packing
Orders are dispatched within 4–10 days.We take great care to pack all items securely in sturdy, recyclable boxes. In the rare case of damage during transit, please return the affected item(s) to us, and we will happily provide either a replacement or a full refund.
Returns
We accept returns for any reason within 7 days of receiving your order. If an item is not as described, we will issue a full refund.
If you've simply changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strive to describe the size, age, and condition of all our products as thoroughly and accurately as possible. While most items are in excellent condition, vintage and antique pieces may have varying degrees of wear. Each product listing includes detailed imagery of any noticeable flaws, blemishes, or unique features like folds or cracks.
