Packing

We take great care to pack all items securely in sturdy, recyclable boxes. In the rare case of damage during transit, please return the affected item(s) to us, and we will happily provide either a replacement or a full refund.

Returns

We accept returns for any reason within 7 days of receiving your order. If an item is not as described, we will issue a full refund and cover reasonable return postage costs once the item is safely returned to us.

If you've simply changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strive to describe the size, age, and condition of all our products as thoroughly and accurately as possible.
